The Law Library has recently expanded our collection of study aids to include more titles and more formats.
In print, you can access hornbooks, nutshells, and the Examples & Explanations series, by going to the Circulation Desk and requesting a title. These are on short-term loan, checking out for one day during most of the year, and switching to 4-hour loan during exams.
Online: You can also access the hornbooks and nutshells online through West Academic Study Aids. In addition, we have online access to LexisNexis' Q&A and Mastering series through the LexisNexis Digital Library. We also have an account with CALI (Computer Assisted Legal Instruction), an organization that compiles online tutorials on a wide array of legal subjects.
Finally, we keep an exam file in paper and electronically, containing select past exams of IU Maurer professors.
