Your best bet is Bloomberg Law.  For academic accounts, Bloomberg Law gives free access to all of the dockets and filings available on PACER (includes federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts). Bloomberg Law accounts are available for faculty, staff, and students of the Maurer School of Law. Others can create an account on PACER, but should know that, while the account is free, any document you access comes with a fee.

Bear in mind that the availability of documents (regardless of platform) will be impacted by when widespread electronic filing became the norm (documents prior to 2005/6 might be difficult to come by depending on the jurisdiction). For recent cases, you can also check the court's website, where courts are increasingly making electronic filings available for free.
